Duplicated emails in Outlook Express when using Hotmail
To eliminate the problem of Outlook Express downloading twice each message from your Hotmail account, here is how to not make new duplicates:
Open Outlook Express, go to the Tools menu, select Options and click the General tab.
Simply uncheck When starting, go direcly to my 'Inbox' folder. Click Apply then OK.
It seems that this solution does not work for everybody, I have seen cases myself that it didn't work. Well, it does not hurt to try it.
